It’s okay to embrace strategies outside the proverbial “nine dots”. Go ahead and explore ideas in ways that may not be conventional.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned while working as a para-educator with special needs children in the public school system, and tutoring regular-ed children during after school hours, it’s that learning styles can vary greatly from one person to the next. One person may be an auditory learner, while another might be a tactile learner. And then there are visual learners and kinesthetic learners. Limiting ourselves to one or two conventional teaching methods can stifle a curious and fertile mind. Not here!
